Part-time Marketing Specialist 

Location: Hybrid – A mix of home working and being on location at our workshop in Edgcote, Oxfordshire. Our showroom in Cropredy, Oxfordshire, and at various locations for our client installs.

Contract: 2 days per week

Salary/Rate: Negotiable

Cherrywood Bespoke is a small family-run business based in North Oxfordshire. Specialising in the design, creation, and installation of entirely bespoke kitchens and interiors. Founded in 2010 Cherrywood has a strong reputation for high-quality design and craftmanship. To support future growth Cherrywood Bespoke is looking to strengthen its team with the addition of a part-time marketing specialist.

What will the role entail?

You’ll need to be a creative thinking, self-starter who has the desire to support a small business achieve its growth ambitions. We’re looking for someone who can:

• Create new content – you’ll go between the workshop, the showroom, and our customers homes to support us with generating video and image content to use across our marketing activity. You’ll think of new ideas, brainstorm with the team and be able to shoot & edit
• Manage our social channels – With the content you create you’ll manage and schedule the posting across our social media channels (currently Instagram & Facebook, with an ambition to be active on TikTok)
• Review our website content – We work with a SEO specialist so you’d need to be able to work alongside them and review and provide approval their suggested content aligned to our brand
• Be a brand guardian – As our marketing specialist we want you to quickly learn the brand, our ethos and values and ensure that any marketing material we produce is closely aligned
• Share new ideas – Once you’re settled in, we’d love you to come to us with new ideas for activities that you think will strengthen our marketing efforts and generate new leads, and then help us to implement them

This is a great role in a small and friendly team. There is flexibility and the opportunity to grow the role as the business grows.
