It was a long process, but having Luke’s expertise and experience throughout made all the difference. He was always there to answer our questions and navigate the inevitable tweaks that come with a bespoke build. Working with Luke early in the journey enabled us to make more informed 'building / structural' decisions to achieve the final outcome for the space.
The quality of the cabinetry is incredible, you can feel the 'bespoke' difference in every drawer and hinge. Luke made us feel like our project was his top priority for the entire year. We couldn’t be happier with our new space!

Luke is a great listener and, at every stage, communication was just so fruitful – and such fun – that we had our suspicions he really loves his job. We were encouraged to visit the workshop when there were key decisions to be made, and Luke came to see us to size up the space and later tweak the design with us: we wanted a ‘tactile’ kitchen – one which felt as good to use as it was functional.
‘Bespoke’ meant two things to us before we started the project: fussy styling and unnecessary expense. Cherrywood Bespoke, though, is all about practical tailoring and carefully calibrated costs. We’ve ended up with a kitchen which has been painstakingly personalised – for cooking and socialising, as well as our pockets.
At the moment, kitchens are hot – the central focus for home design – and estate agents tell us that a stylish, intuitive kitchen offers the highest return on our investment – potentially the biggest selling point for the home. Now it’s all done, though, there’s no way we are ever going to move … and we take as much pleasure in the superb craftsmanship all around us as we do in the knowledge that this was achieved through a richly rewarding collaboration – a truly ‘bespoke’ experience.

We have had a bespoke kitchen in a previous home, which we also loved and appreciated the quality of, but it was a larger company that offered a much less personal service. We loved that Luke is local, and not deterred from working with the constraints of an older, character property. If you are looking to install a new kitchen, we cannot recommend Cherrywood Bespoke more highly.
The process was very thorough and Luke's very insightful knowledge of kitchen design and functionality was so helpful - without him I'd have made many mistakes! Luke and his team worked directly with our builders liaising with them as to their requirements and how the kitchen would need to be installed so that both he, and the builders, could ensure that the design of both the building and kitchen would work.
Installation was made very easy and again, Luke worked closely with our electricians, plumbers and builders. The build quality of the kitchen is fantastic and I can't fault it. Every single element is of the highest quality and all bespoke to our needs and design. A bespoke kitchen is probably something I will only achieve once in my lifetime and I enjoyed every single aspect of the process working with Cherrywood Bespoke; I can't thank Luke and the team enough.
Luke’s personal attention to detail, great insight into overall kitchen design and layout which went beyond others, prompting us to rethink our ideas and plans, and dedication to great customer service. Also, Luke’s enthusiasm and desire to provide a great outcome is very reassuring. The skilled team at Cherrywood are really nice people all wanting to do their best, whilst also clearly enjoying their work.
The collaboration with us every step of the way from ‘carcass to completeness’ was great – being able to see the kitchen evolve and the ability to view in the workshop. Luke’s ‘can do’ approach and perseverance with some aspects of our requirements was impressive. Delivery as promised, kept to schedule and also flexible enough to make changes when required. We had other building work going on and they worked very well alongside the other activities, with coordination and cooperation when required. Gave us great confidence throughout the whole project.
Cherrywood is a bespoke company with great skills. We now have a fabulous kitchen and living space which we’re loving!
