After a fire sadly took hold of this gorgeous 18th century grade II listed property, once belonging to Anne of Cleves, we were briefed by our clients to create a bespoke solution in the existing kitchen.
Part of a major refurbishment some structural work was completed to open the kitchen onto the adjoining room. The work revealed a more open space with the addition of some much needed natural light.
As a rental property on a private country estate it was important to create a functional yet attractive kitchen that would appeal to potential tenants.
A classic shaker kitchen with an island featuring seating to bridge the gap between two working cabinet runs.
A practical use of storage with a zone for a freestanding fridge freezer, built in dishwasher and hidden bins. We created a bespoke pantry cupboard with automatic lighting to allow easy access to the everyday essentials.
The client opted for an Everhot 100i range oven in Graphite, which sits neatly along the longest run of cabinets.
To utilise all of the available space we also created a dresser with shelving, drawers and cupboards for extra storage.
The blue colour pallet was decided by the client and keeps the overall feel, fresh and airy.
